About Leslie
My background is rooted in both artistry and leadership. I hold a Master of Music in Piano Performance with a Certificate in Piano Pedagogy from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a BA in Music with a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.
The first decade of my career was focused on building organizations --- directing the faculty club at the University of Virginia, scaling a local Philadelphia music school into a regional chain, and launching a boutique piano studio for adults.
In 2012, I established a concierge music program at SEI Investments. My vision was to use the strategies I'd developed studying and teaching piano along with playing in rock bands to help busy executives unplug and tap into a different part of their brain. Yet something even more profound was happening --- clients were shifting out of performance mode and into possibility. They were asking new questions. Making unexpected connections. Reclaiming parts of themselves they hadn’t accessed in years.

I realized that the practices I'd refined through a lifetime in the creative realm held transformational potential.
Today, I serve as a trusted guide and confidant to those who have forged bold paths and wish to embrace the full range of who they are.
